King Swing

“Since my visit I feel I have gained more confidence in what I am able to achieve.  This is something that I can now use in my everyday life.  My increased confidence has come about through the activities which I took part in. I feel very grateful to all the staff for the encouragement and support they gave me to participate in the activities. Two of the main activities which I particularly enjoyed were the King Swing and the Zip Wire!  These were two activities in particular that I didn’t think I was brave enough to participate in and thanks to the trust I had in the staff I managed to take part in them and enjoyed them the most.”
