To keep costs low for our visitors, and to reduce our carbon footprint, we are aiming to reduce our energy bills by installing wind and solar technologies.

A ground-mounted array of photovoltaic panels was installed in July 2009 and is already generating electricity. Our special 'live' display created for us by Naturalwatt Ltd. records how much energy has been generated, as well as detailing recent sun, wind, rain and temperature statistics.
