Chef Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong food based, managerial and financial background who wants to work for a progressive company that makes a difference to those less fortunate than others their friends and families.

As Chef Manager you will be responsible for all areas of on-site catering provision which includes;

  • Provision of a Breakfast, Lunch and Evening meal service.
  • Provision of a Take-Away and Hospitality service.
  • Management and development of the existing catering team.
  • Responsibility for finances, health and safety and all aspects of kitchen management.

We operate an annualised hours scheme for its staff. As Chef Manager you are required to work 2288 hours per annum (44 hrs per week equivalent). On site accommodation may be available if required.

Domestic Assistant

We are looking for someone to join our team as a Domestic Assistant.  You will be required to maintain our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Knowledge of CoSHH and Infection Control is an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.

 

This is a full time or part time position and on site accommodation may be available if required.
