We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic and committed permanent staff who can help to transform the lives of our guests by ensuring they have a rewarding and fun experience.
The Guest Services Team is part of the Operations Team and is responsible for the delivery of our guest user experience. It is your role to make sure the guests' needs and expectations are satisfied. Your role helps to ensure that all aspects of the guests journey are connected, consistent and delivered to the highest standards at all times.
The post is a full time position, 35 - 40 hours per week. Shift work including mornings, evenings and weekends is required.

To work as part of a team and be responsible for maintaining exceptionally high standards of cleanliness within the Calvert Trust. To ensure a bright, attractive and welcoming atmosphere for all service users and visitors to the centre.
Full time, annualised hours. Weekend work is required.

Catering/ Chef Manager
As Catering/ Chef manager of a small team you are responsible for the provision of a high quality catering service to the guests and staff of the Calvert Trust Kielder. As a hands on post you will be responsible for the ordering, preparation, cooking and service of food. To ensure that efficient and economic use is made of all resources.
