Cook/Chef Required
Calvert Trust Kielder is a leading provider of activity holidays for people of all abilities. Within the main framework of the Trust we operate a 25 bed centre, 10 self-catering lodges and staff accommodation. The catering team are responsible for the provision of a high quality catering service to the guests and staff of the Calvert Trust Kielder.
Some of the principle responsibilities include:
·Undertake menu planning in consultation with Catering Manager
·Deputise for the Catering Manager in their absence
·Oversee and participate in the preparation, cooking and serving of main meals, snacks, cakes, etc. in accordance with specified menus
·Oversee and participate in the preparation, cooking and packaging of takeaway menu, and buffets
