It’s what you can do that counts!
Our fully accessible centre is situated at the foot of Skiddaw and on the shores of Bassenthwaite Lake, in the Lake District National Park, giving a perfect backdrop for all of our activities, enabling our visitors to get out into the local fells, crags, lakes and woodlands.
All of our activity courses are led by ‘designated’ group instructors who remain with the group throughout the whole of their stay with us. This helps our instructors gain detailed knowledge of the abilities of each client, and can therefore help everyone to achieve a measure of success.
We are also now able to offer Professional Training Courses and we aim to increase awareness, skills and confidence in working with people with disabilities.
