What’s it about
The Great North Swim is a one mile open water challenge that takes place in the beautiful setting of Lake Windermere in the Lake District. This popular two day event brings lively crowds of spectators which creates an atmosphere like no other. Calvert Trust Kielder and Lake District Calvert Trust are delighted to be part of this event in 2012.

How do I sign up
We ask that you pay an entry fee of £55 and then commit to raising £250. Of course if you can raise more than this, even better!

If you'd like to swim for us but cannot commit to raising £250, please register your own place at www.greatswim.org and let us know. We will still offer the same support as our bonded swimmers.
